WE TRY TO PROCESS ORDERS IN A TIMELY FASHION.

Our currently timeline for hand-made items is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Shipment Processing Time

An email with your tracking number will be sent once the shipping label has been created. Allow a day or two for the tracking information to update in the USPS system as packages are dropped off every 2-3 days (except on weekends and holidays).

If you have not received an email please check your spam/junk folder.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS, unless other arrangements have been made.

All orders shipped via USPS are automatically insured up to $50 for Priority Mail and and up to $100 for Priority Express Mail. All others and additional insurance will be added by request only.

All of our packages are a sent with our company name ‘BrujoBros., LLC’ on the shipping labels.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimate

Because shipping costs vary so widely due to the weight of the package and the country being shipped to, a shipping estimator can be found within the shopping cart page.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Due to out-of-stock items or seasonal increases in orders, shipments can get backlogged. We will do all we can do to get your items to you on time if you notify us bu email to let us know when you need them, but we take not responsibility for missed deadlines if we are notifies ahead of time immediately after the order is placed.

All orders shipped via Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail are insured up to $50 and $100 respectively. All others are insured by request only.

International Shipping

Because shipping costs vary so widely due to the weight of the package and the country we are shipping to, a Shipping Estimator can be found at the bottom of your shopping cart.

BrujoBros., LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SEIZED OR RETURNED BY CUSTOMS. Please check with your local customs office for items prohibited in your country.

Rush Shipping

Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail are method in which your order will be rush shipped. Those methods do not rush your order only the shipping time.
