Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns and/or exchanges are not available. Please do not send the items back without contacting us first.

Cancellation & Refunds

Once your order is placed we begin to use resources to craft our products. Due to this process, refunds are not available. Deposits on any services or items are non-refundable.

Damages

BrujoBros,. LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. USPS claims should be filed no later than 60 days from the date of mailing. If your item is damaged or missing contents, you should file a claim immediately but not later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
